Established 2007
 Valued Service Virtual Assistants was
established in 2007 by Teri Dempski, Owner
and Project Manager. Teri was inspired to
use her vast knowledge base, skills and
talents to create a team of professional,
dedicated virtual assistants, serving the
administrative needs of small business
owners, authors, speakers, and
entrepreneurs.
Teri’s educational background includes a BA
with an English concentration and a
certificate in Computer Networking. She has
25 years working in the medical
administrative and computer networking
fields and eight years in education,
teaching and tutoring professional staff,
college students, and elementary students in
technology, specializing in Microsoft Office
products.
Valued Service Virtual Assistants are a
professional, committed team of experienced
independent contractors who provide a wide
spectrum of office and administrative tasks
for our business partners. We provide
administrative support, virtually, to allow
you more time to focus on your clients, grow
your business, or to enjoy what is most
important to you in your life.
Since Valued Service VAs opened for
business, we established a highly skilled
team with a wide range of backgrounds and
